Step 2 - Sign up!

Before we make a start, you’ll need to go through our Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process. This is when we gather important information about you and your business. Once this is complete, we’ll send you a Letter of Engagement that lays out what we will be doing, estimated hours per week or month, and cost.

Step 3 - Initial Overview

It’s really important that our qualified Bookkeeper has time to gain a thorough overview of your account(s) and business. 

Step 4 - Maintenance

Once we have a thorough understanding of your business accounts, we maintain them on a regular basis. We can provide you with a range of helpful reports and easy-to-understand explanations such as profit and loss, credit control etc.
