Prontus is a small, family-run company. We may be small but we have big ambitions. When we work with clients, we want them to have the very best service whether that’s working together for a short time on an event or a long-term collaboration. Running your own business should be rewarding and fun, and not full of needless stress and slog.
Rhian Sieker MIAB
With a background in retail and community pharmacy, Rhian completed her bookkeeping qualifications several years ago. She started to work with her sister who had been a sole trader for some time but was finding it difficult to keep up with the workload as well as invoicing and credit control.
Gradually, the business grew and in late 2020, Prontus sprang into life.
Since then, Rhian has gone on to complete a range of courses in business finance and bookkeeping and is Prontus’ MLRO.
Supervised by the IAB, our latest inspection was labelled excellent with our processes and policies marking us out as a thriving bookkeeping practice and payroll bureau.
Gwyneth Grove BA (Hons), Dip HE
After decades in the youth & community and education sectors, Gwyneth decided it was time to do something different - and to really call her own shots. Gwyneth started to write and very soon, she had a fair few paying gigs.
But lockdown came along and changed so much for so many businesses. Realising her clients needed something more, she offered her services as a Virtual Assistant. This small idea really took off and very soon, she realised that many people needed a bookkeeper too.
And from that, Prontus was born. The rest, as they say, is history…
